Brixton's Civic Space

In 2018 Morgan Sindall Construction and Muse Developments delivered on Lambeth council’s ambition to create new civic spaces, workplaces and homes. Mixing Grade II listed Edwardian restoration with modern civic design, the innovative project met the highest environmental standards, while delivery significant social and economic value to the community.

Loftus Garden Village

Loftus Garden Village is a unique development of Lovell Partnerships built in the Arts and Crafts style. The vision for Loftus was to create a unique environment for residents following the design principles of a garden city, celebrating nature and open spaces.

Morgan Sindall Group plc

Morgan Lovell created a stunning office design and fit out for Morgan Sindall Group plc. The Group wanted to create a unique environment that challenged the status quo, encouraged collaboration, and above all, created a destination workplace that lives and breathes their core values.

Slough Urban Renewal

Slough Urban Renewal (SUR) is a Property Partnership formed by Slough Borough Council and Morgan Sindall Investments.

SUR is about creating iconic buildings, open spaces and connectivity, enhancing and improving local schools, and providing high-quality new homes and leisure facilities in Slough.

Tideway Super Sewer

As part of the Tideway joint venture with BAM Nuttall and Balfour Beatty Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is building a 25km Super Sewer, cleaning up our river for good and reconnecting London with river life.
